Statement by Tânya Goldberg, tattoo artist:

The Japanese characters on her back say SÔZÔ which means "creation." I designed her bodysuit to playfully depict the mysterious connections between the ocean, womb & the profound power womyn embodies. I also wanted to emphasize the fun of creativity as it pertains to our work as tattoo artists. i.e. the ancient ritualistic aspect right along with the quirky everyday stuff.
