I love candy. I found when looking at the Mary Jane wrapper that it had these stripes running through it and when placed next to each other created a pattern much like a fabric pattern. I couldn’t make myself anything out of the wrappers because I would need too many. So I made a small dress fashioned after the one on the wrapper. When I looked at the dress when it was all done, I thought it was about me feeling nostalgic for the time when I was a young girl and I use to sew doll clothes with my mother.
